摘　　要： 本文着重探讨了承认与执行外国刑事判决的条件、程序和中国开展承认与执行外国法院刑事判决的必要性。 With the development of the internationalization of crime, recognition and enforcement on foreign penal sentence have become an important form of international judicial assistance in criminal matters. This article studies the conditions, procedures of recognition and enforcement of foreign penal sentence and its practice in China.
