摘　　要： 高职院校应该是创造幸福、充溢幸福文化气息的地方,这样才能真正有效地培养人才。通过有效的幸福文化培育,学生能对生活充满希望,热爱生命,关爱自身和他人,教师能感受到教学的快乐并享受这一过程,学校就能在幸福文化的建设中提升办学水平。河源职业技术学院作为位于广东省欠发达山区的高职院校,也是珠三角外唯一一所省级示范性高职院校培育单位,为构建幸福校园文化、实现文化育人做出了不懈努力,取得了良好效果。 the higher vocational colleges should create happiness, happiness is full of cuhural atmosphere of the place, because the real effective way to foster talents. Cultivation through effective happiness culture, students can be full of hope for life, love life, love of self and others, teachers can feel the joy of teaching and enjoy the process, the school will enhance the level of happiness in construction of cuhure.Heyuan Polytechnic is located in the developed area in Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong Province, the Pearl River Delta and is the only one provincial demonstration vocational colleges cultivation unit for the construction of campus culture, happiness, make unremitting efforts to realize the cultural education, and has achieved good results.
