解磷真菌HSP12的筛选及其发酵条件优化

摘  要: 为提高土壤磷利用率及微生物修复污染环境提供理论依据,从油茶根际土壤中分离得到多株解磷真菌,经过筛选纯化后获得1株解磷能力较好的菌株HSP12,经初步鉴定属于青霉属(Penicillium sp),并对解磷真菌HSP12的发酵条件进行了研究。结果表明:其最适碳源为蔗糖,最适氮源为硫酸铵;当培养温度为28℃、初始pH为6.0、装液量为50mL/250mL、接种量为3%时,发酵液中可溶性磷含量最高,达79.98mg/L。 In order to provide theoretical basics for utilization rate improvement of soil P and the remediation of contaminated environment by microorganisms,several strains of organic and inorganic Psolubilizing fungi were isolated from rhizosphere soil of camellia,a strain HSP12 with stronger Psolubilizing ability was obtained by screening and purification,and been identified as Penicilliumsp.The fermentation conditions of HSP12were also tested in this paper.The results indicated that the optimal carbon source was sucrose,and ammonium sulfate as optimal nitrogen source.Highest content of P(79.98mL/L)could be achieved in the following condition with temperature 28℃,initial pH 6.0,liquid volume 50mL/250mL,and 3% of inoculation amount.
