摘　　要： 文章概括了我国民族心理的研究现状,指出我国民族心理研究存在的问题:1.概念模糊;2.研究对象不清晰;3.研究方法单一;4.研究人才匮乏。民族院校在民族心理研究方面具有优势:1."民族地区、民族学生"的资源优势;2."民族学"的学科优势;3."多元文化"的跨文化心理研究优势。借签民族心理研究的新成果,将民族学的方法和心理学的实验法相结合,把民族院校打造成民族心理研究的高地。 The article summarizes national psychological research in our country, and points out the problems of national psychological research： （ 1 ） fuzziness of concept; （2） unclearness of objects on research; （23） simpleness of research methods; （4）the shortage of researchers. Institute of nationalities have superiority on national psychological research： （ 1 ） the resource superiority of ＂Minority Regions, Minority students＂ ; （2） the subject superi- ority of ＂ethnology＂ ; （3） the＂ cross - culture＂ national psychological research superiority of ＂multi - culture＂. Taking advantage of the new achievement of institutes of nationalities, and incorporating methods of ethnology and psychological experiments, the institute of nationalities is created a highland of national psychological re- search.
