摘 要: 以肇庆砚洲粉葛为样品,运用普通仓库存放、埋藏法、冷藏法及传统法等4种不同的方法进行贮藏及保鲜,研究在贮藏期间不同贮藏方法对粉葛淀粉、水分、粗纤维及总异黄酮含量的影响,并运用自由基清除酶分析不同贮藏条件下粉葛的生理代谢过程,最后分析不同贮藏条件粉葛霉变率情况。结果表明,4种贮藏方法中冷藏法保鲜效果最好,埋藏法保鲜效果最实用。 Samples using ordinary warehouses, burial, refrigeration and the traditional method of four different methods for Zhaoqing Yanzhou's Radix Pueraria storage and preservation. The effects of different storage methods on Radix Pueraria starch content, water content, crude fiber and total isoflavone content are studied, and the physiological metabolism under different storage conditions is analyzed by free radical scavenging enzymes, and finally Radix Puerar/a mildew rate is analyzed. The results show that refrigeration has the best fresh-keeping effect, and burial is the most practical effect of preservation method.
