摘 要: 虚拟电厂(VPP)是分布式能源并网管理的一种有效形式,也是智能电网的重要组成部分,尤其受到欧洲发达国家的重视。在过去的十余年时间里,欧盟/欧洲各国开展了很多关于VPP技术的研究与试点项目,这些项目既各有侧重,又构成一个完整的体系。文中着重于VFCPP项目、Power Matcher VPP项目、FENIX项目、EDISON项目和WEB2ENERGY项目,对欧洲的相关VPP研究项目进行了介绍和总结,并提出了VPP在未来发展过程中仍需解决的主要问题。 The virtual power plant (VPP), which has received much attention of the developed countries in Europe, is an effective management form of grid connection of distributed energy resources as well as an important component part of the smart grid. In the past ten or more years, the European Union/European countries have carried out many research and pilot projects on VPP. These projects not only have different emphases, but also constitute an integral system. Focusing on VFCPP, Power Marcher VPP, FENIX, EDISON and WEB2ENERGY projects, a description is made of European VPP- related research projects prior to their summation.
