摘 要: 以大豆油、米糠油、沙棘籽油、沙棘果油、毛玉米油、小麦胚芽油为原料,研究了一种快速鉴别食用植物油中矿物油的新方法——氧化铝薄层色谱法.确定了氧化铝薄层色谱板的最佳制备条件:氧化铝(48±2)g/板、羧甲基纤维素钠0.10%-0.15%(W/W)、活化温度(103±2)℃、活化时间2~4h,氧化铝薄层色谱最佳展开条件:展开温度(25±5)℃、展开剂为正己烷:无水乙醚=80:5(V/V).并且确定了氧化铝薄层色谱法检测食用植物油中的矿物油的检出限为0.3%. This paper studied an aluminum oxide thin-layer chromatography to rapidly identify mineral oil in edible vegetable oils by taking soybean oil, rice bran oil, seabuckthorn seed oil, seabuckthom fruit oil, crude corn oil and wheat germ oil as materials, and detemined the optimum preparation conditions of an aluminum oxide thin-layer chromatoplate. The optimum preparation conditions were as follows: aluminum oxide (46-52) grams per plate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 0.10% to 0.15% (W/W), activation tempreture (101 to 105)~C, activation time 2 to 4 hours. The optimum developing conditions of the aluminum oxide thin-layer chromatography were as follows: developing temprectttre (20 to 30) ~C, and developing agent containing hexane and diethyl ether (80:5, V/V). The paper also determined that the mineral detection limit of the method was 0.3%.
