摘　　要： 建立在D'Aspremont&Jacquemin创立的博弈分析模型(简称A-J模型)的基础上,通过构建数理模型,加入合作系数,同时考察共性技术研发的溢出效应和合作水平对技术研发水平的影响。研究表明,考虑研发具有水平溢出效应,如果溢出效应很大,那么企业之间共性技术的研发采用合作的模式最佳,同时,如果合作系数很高,企业共性技术研发水平也会提高。政府决策者应鼓励企业在共性技术研发上加强合作,并在必要时提供政策扶持和资金支持。 Based on the model created by D＇Aspremont and Jacquemin （short for A-J model）, we add a variable of thecooperation level to study the relationship between the spillovers level and the level of generic technologyresearch. As a result, we conclude that the higher of thespillovers level, the better firms conduct research by the way of cooperation. At the same time, we find if the higher of the coefficient of cooperation level, the higher of the level of generic technologyresearch. So the government should guide the firms to conduct research cooperatively and provide the policy and funds if necessary.
