摘 要: 目的:评估情境模拟教学模式在问诊教学中的效果。方法:180名学生随机分为两组,分别进行模拟教学和传统教学,比较两种方法的教学效果。结果:主观、客观评价均显示模拟教学组教学效果明显优于传统教学组。结论:情境模拟教学模式通过再现临床真实问诊环境,有效缓解医疗资源短缺、问诊理论实践割裂、实践训练薄弱等不足,取得了较好的教学效果,对于保障问诊实践教学质量,培养医学生扎实的病史采集基本功具有重要的现实意义。 Objective : To evaluate the effects of "clinical scene simulative teaching mode" in the teaching of inquiry. Methods : Clinical scene simulative teaching mode and traditional teaching mode were used respectively among 180 students who were divided into two groups randomly. Results : The evidence from both subjective and objective assessments all showed that the effects of simulative teach- ing mode were significantly superior to that of traditional teaching mode. Conclusion : Clinical scene simulative teaching mode reproduce clinical inquiry situations by performing simulative scenario teaching. It effectively improved the defects of shortage of medical resources contradiction, the gap between theory and practice and deficiency of practical training. It has very remarkable significance regarding to assure the quality of inquiry practice education and raise the clinical basic skills of medical students.
