摘　　要： 《浮生六记》虽非园林专著,却对山水园林有着独到的评述,反映了作者的审美情趣,其英译应更注重美学功能而非交际功能。通过三个译本对山水园林英译的比较,分析了不同译者审美再现的手法,以及其中所观照的译者审美理想。 Though not a garden monograph , the Six Chapters of a Floating Life demonstrates some unique ideas on landscape garden ,which reflects the author’s aesthetic taste .When translating the materials on landscape garden ,one should lay stress on their aesthetic functions rather than communicative aspects .Through a comparative study of the three English versions of Six Chapters of a Floating Life ,this paper is intended to analyze the different ways of aesthetic reproduction concerning on the translators ’ aesthetic ideals .
