绿汁发酵液与纤维素酶对王草青贮品质的影响

摘  要: 本研究探讨了绿汁发酵液与纤维素酶对王草(Pennisetum purpureum×P.americanum)青贮品质的影响。试验设对照组(CK)、绿汁发酵液处理组(PFJ)、纤维素酶处理组(CEL)和绿汁发酵液+纤维素酶混合处理组(PC),分别贮藏1、2、3、5、7、14和30 d后开罐,分析其pH值、挥发性脂肪酸、氨态氮和可溶性碳水化合物等成分的含量。结果表明,各处理对王草青贮后的干物质含量无明显影响;pH值均在第1天内快速下降,第5天时达到最小值,且在整个青贮过程中各添加组的pH值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);添加组的乳酸含量在第1天时快速升高,随发酵时间的延长,乳酸、乙酸、丙酸和总挥发性脂肪酸的含量以及AN/TN值都在升高,PFJ与CK组中丁酸含量的变化趋势相反,而PC组在整个青贮过程均未检测到丙酸与丁酸;PC组还兼具PFJ组提高粗蛋白含量与CEL组降低中性洗涤纤维含量增加可溶性碳水化合物含量的优势。综合考虑,混合添加绿汁发酵液与纤维素酶对王草青贮发酵品质的改善效果最好。 : This study is to evaluate effects of adding previously fermented juice and cellulose enzyme on thefermentation quality of King grass silages. The experimental treatments were CK(no additive),PFJ (previ-ously fermented juice) , CEL( cellulose enzyme) and PC (previosly fermented juice and cellulose enzyme). Silos were opened after seven ensiling periods( 1, 2,3,5, 7, 14 and 30 days of ensiling)and the fermenta-tion qualities (pH value, VFAS,the contents of ammonia-N and WSC and other chemical composition)were analyzed. All treatments did not influence the DM after ensiling. There was well reflected faster andlarger pH decline and lactic acid production during the first day of ensiling and the lowest pH value in the5th day of ensiling. All additive treatments had a significantly(P〈0. 05)lower pH value than CK. Lacticacid , acetic acid, propionic acid, total volatile fatty acid content and AN/TN value rose gradually, and thechange of butyric were contrary in between PFJ and CK. Propionic acid and butyric acid were not found inPC, PC also hold concurrently the advantage of PFJ improved crude protein content and CEL reduced neutral detergent fiber content to increase water soluble carbohydrate content. These results showed that mixing add previosly fermented juice and cellulose enzyme to the silage was the optimum for fermentation quality of King grass.
