摘　　要： 介绍了针对模具标准件分装工作而设计的分装机械手自动线,着重介绍分装工艺流程、自动线设计方案、外围硬件设计和PLC控制系统程序的开发。经过企业实际应用,该自动线运行稳定可靠,实现了生产自动化,为企业创造了价值。 The automatic line of subpackage manipulator is introduced which is designed in allusion to subpackage work of standard parts for moulds, and the process of split charging, the design proposal of automatic line, the design of peripheral hardware and the development of control system program of PLC are ex- pounded. After actual application in enterprise, the automatic line runs steadily and reliably, realizes automatic production, creates value for enterprise.
