摘 要: 以盐酸为催化剂,四氢呋喃为溶剂,KH-560为原料通过溶胶凝胶法合成含有环氧基笼型倍半硅氧烷(P-1)来改性双酚A型环氧树脂。利用红外、核磁共振和凝胶渗透色谱等手段表征了产物笼型结构。性能测试表明:5%的P-1可将热分解温度较纯环氧树脂提高74℃,残碳率由13.5%升高到26.5%。当P-1添加量为15%时,玻璃化转变温度升高到123.9℃,冲击强度达到32kJ/m2,弯曲强度达到46MPa,综合改性效果较优。 Choosing Hydrochloric acid as catalyst and tetrahydrofuran as solvent, polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes(POSS)were synthesized with KH-560 to modify bisphenol A type epoxy resin(EPl-15). The chemical structures of the POSS and modified EPI-15 were confirmed by FT-IR ,NMR and GPC measurements. The results indicated that the TG data revealed that 5% thermal decomposition temperature, as well as the carbon residue of EPI-15 was much higher than that of pure epoxy resin. The glass transition temperature of EPI-15 reached the maximum value of 123.9℃ while the pure epoxy resin was 113.8℃. When 15wt% of P-1 was added to EP1 15, the impact strength and the flexurai strength of the modified epoxy resin reached 32 KJ/m2 and 46MPa, so increased by 216% and 52%, respectively, and optimized properties was reached at the same time.
