销钉式防屈曲支撑性能试验研究

摘  要: 防屈曲耗能支撑(BRB)作为一种新型的支撑构件,具有良好的耗能减震作用,目前已广泛应用于一些实际工程。本文提出了一种新型防屈曲支撑——销钉式防屈曲支撑,该支撑耗能部分由全钢一字型内核和销钉组成,其特点在于构造简单、初始刚度高,小变形时起普通支撑作用,大变形时起耗能作用,比较适用于层间变形较小的混凝土等结构。制作了全钢、摩擦、钢铅组合和销钉式防屈曲支撑,通过拟静力试验,对比研究了4种防屈曲支撑的性能。结果表明:销钉式防屈曲支撑荷载-位移滞回曲线饱满,初始刚度较全钢防屈曲支撑提高将近80%,在较小变形时提供较大的初始刚度,在大变形时销钉断裂使防屈曲支撑进入屈服耗能状态。 As a new type of dissipative braces, buckling restrained brace (BRB) has been applied to some practical projects because of the efficient energy dissipation cushioning effect. Pin type BRB is a new type of braces, the energy consumption part of the brace are one-type of kernel and pins. It should be suitable for concrete structure with simple combination, relatively high initial stiffness. It will function as a common support when structures in small deformation and energy dissipation brace when structures in large deformation. Four specimens of the quasi-static cyclic tests are presented. The results show that the hysteresis curve is full, the initial stiffness could increase nearly 80%; pin type BRB could provide larger initial stiffness in smaller displacement and fractural state in larger displacement, and turn BRB into energy dissipation state with effective and stable energy consumption at the same time.
