摘 要: 建立了微流控芯片非接触电导检测法测定猪肝中盐酸克伦特罗的含量.优化选择5.0mmol/L HAc为缓冲溶液,进样时间为15s,分离电压为2.0kV,盐酸克伦特罗0.4min内可得到很好的分离.线性范围为5.0~60.0μg/mL(r=0.998),检出限为2.0 μg/mL (S/N =2),相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.1%,平均加标回收率为94.4%. The clenbuterol in pig liver was determined by microfluidie chip with contaetless conductivity detection with 5.0 mmol/L HAe as buffer solution. The elenbuterol was separated and detected in 0. 4 min at the separation voltage of 2. 0 kV and injection time 15s. Clenbuterol showed good linear response in the range of 5.0 - 60.0 μg/mL (r =0. 998) , with the limit of detection was 2. 0 μg/ mL (S/N =2), and RSD was 1.1% (n=6) . The average recoveries was 94.4% (RSD =1.7%, n=6) .
