摘　　要： 基于动力系统理论,对文化与旅游产业融合发展机制和模式进行创新研究;结合实际提出文化与旅游产业融合发展的实现模式和建议,依托理论研究解决地方文化与旅游产业融合发展的问题。 The integration of industries creates new operational types. Applying theory of dynamical system to the innovative research of integration mechanism and model is of instructive significance. Implementation patterns and policy suggestions of culture and tourism industry are put forward on the basis of practical situations accordingly, aiming to direct and solve the problems of the integration of local culture and tourism industries via theoretical research.
