摘 要: 利用未见文献报道的氨基二苯醚树脂 (ANDPO)与 4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺 (BMI)共聚 ,研究了预聚体系的溶解性、溶液的稳定性。用 TGA、DSC研究了固化物的耐热性。结果表明 ,预聚体系在低沸点、弱极性溶剂如丙酮、1,2 -二氯甲烷中具有较好的溶解性 ,预聚体固化后表观分解温度 TA 可达 380℃以上 ,耐温指数 Tzg在 2 2 A new type of amine terminated diphenyl ether oligomer(ANDPO) was synthesized from methoxy emthyl diphenyl ether resin and acetanilide. ANDPOBMI prepolymer were obtained by reacting ANDPO and 4,4′ diaminodiphenylmethane(BMI). The solubility and stability of ANDPOBMI prepolymer in solvent were investigated, the thermal properties of cured resin was studied by TGA and DSC. The result indicates that the prepolymer has good dissolvability and stability in common solvent such as acetone, dichloromethane. The thermal properties of cured resins are excellent with their T A being 380 ℃ and T zg being 220 ℃. The copolymer can be used for high performance composite′s matrix resin.
