多次DSC扫描对聚苯硫醚/尼龙6共混物中聚苯硫醚组分结晶行为的影响

摘  要: 用 DSC研究了多次重复扫描对聚苯硫醚 /尼龙 6 (PPS/ PA6 )共混物中 PPS组分结晶行为的影响。随扫描次数增加 ,熔融温度低时 ,PPS的结晶温度稍有提高 ;熔融温度高时 ,PPS的结晶温度逐步降低 ;而且出现 2或 3个结晶峰。共混物中 PPS组分除结晶温度比纯 PPS的高外 ,随熔融温度和扫描次数增加 ,仅有单一高温结晶峰。以上结果可用自成核。 Effect of multi scanning on crystallization behavior of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) and PPS component in its blend with polyamide 6(PA6) prepared by method of melt mixing was investigated by DSC under nonisothermal conditions. For pure PPS, as the maxmium melting temperature of DSC heating scan( T melt ) is between 310 ℃ and 320 ℃, the crystallization temperature( T c) of PPS slightly increases with increasing the number of scanning. While T melt is higher than 330 ℃, the increasing of number of scanning decreases the crystallizaion temperature of PPS. Two or three crystallization peaks can be observed as the number of scanning increases. The crystallization temperatures of PPS component in the PPS/PA6 blends is higher than that of pure PPS and only one crystallization peak is found to independent of the melting temperature and the number of scanning. These results are discussed by self nucleation and heterogeneous nucleation.
