摘　　要： 主要研究金银花叶和花蕾提取物的抑菌活性。采用超声波法提取金银花叶和花蕾有效成分,琼脂扩散法测定提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌和枯草杆菌的抑菌效果,体积倍稀释法测定提取物最高抑菌稀释度。试验结果表明,金银花叶和花蕾提取物对4种常见细菌都有抑菌作用,对所试细菌的抑菌活性有显著性差异。金银花叶提取物对供试菌的抑菌活性大于金银花蕾的。 To study the antibacterial activity of extracts of leaves and buds of Lonicera japonica Thunb. Using ultrasonic method extracted the active ingredients from the leaves and buds of Lonicera japonice Thunb. Agar diffusion test was used to assay the antibacterial activity of the extracts on 4 strains of common bacteria, and tube double dilution method to test the highest inhibitory dilution. Results： The extracts both showed antibacterial activity on the tested bacteria. The antibacterial activity of the extracts of leaves and buds has significant difference. Conclusions： The antibacterial activity of the leaves is stronger than the buds for the tested bacteria.
