摘 要: 本项目调研目的——了解重庆市特殊教育教师的教学效能、社会支持与职业倦怠的现状以及三者的之间的相互关系。采取整群抽样的方法,对重庆市274名特殊教育教师进行问卷调查。结果显示,特殊教育教师的教学效能感、社会支持和职业倦怠在性别、教龄、学历上差异显著;特殊教育教师的职业倦怠与教学效能感、社会支持呈显著负相关,教学效能感与主观支持呈显著的正相关,与支持利用度呈显著的负相关。 Finding out the situation of special education teacher's teaching efficacy, social support, job burnout and their correlation. Adopting cluster sampling, survey 274 special education teacher in Chongqing. Result: special education teacher' s teaching efficacy, social support, job burnout present significant difference on sex, teaching present negative significantly, but ages, education;special teacher' s job burnout with teaching efficacy and social support correlation significantly, teaching efficacy and Subjective support present positive correlation teaching efficacy and support availability present negative correlation significantly.
