摘　　要： 目的了解全民加碘后云南省佤族寄宿制学龄儿童的智力状况.方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法抽取云南临沧市双江拉祜族佤族布朗族傣族自治县10所小学的佤族寄宿制学生650人,进行问卷调查和智力水平测试.结果佤族寄宿制学龄儿童智力水平低于全国水平(P<0.05),智力落后率高达19.9%,智力落后的发生情况不存在年龄和性别差异(P>0.05).结论佤族寄宿制学龄儿童的智力现状不容乐观,亟待改善. Objective To analyze the present situation of intelligence of boarding school-age children of the Va nationality.Methods Multi-stage random sampling method was used to select 650 boarding school-age children from 10 primary schools in ShuangJiang county, and their level of intelligence was estimated by Raven＇s STANDARD progressive Matrices （SPM） .Results The level of intelligence of boarding school-age children of the Va nationality was significantly lower than the norm （ 〈0.05）, the prevalence of Mental Deficiency was 19.9%, and it didn＇t show significant differences in different age and gender （ 〉0.05） .Conclusions The present situation of intelligence of boarding school-age children of the Va nationality is serious and should be improved as quickly as possible.
