摘 要: 为了建立一个性能可靠、使用方便的永磁同步直线电机(Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor,PMLSM)仿真模型,在分析了PMLSM的数学模型的基础上,基于VisSim/ECD8.0环境建立了PMLSM及其控制系统的仿真模型.系统采用位置、速度、电流三闭环PID控制结构.仿真结果表明,所设计的PMLSM仿真模型稳定可靠,系统跟踪性能优良、鲁棒性能强,同时该模型也适用于设计和验证其他控制算法的合理性,为实现高性能的PMLSM伺服控制系统设计和调试提供了一种新的思路. To establish a reliable and convenient simulation model for permanent magnet linear synchro- nous motors (PMLSM), based on the analysis of the mathematical model of PMLSM, it sets up the simu- lation model for PMLSM and its control system by VisSim/ECD v8.0. The PID controller model with the position circle, speed circle and current circle were established. The simulation results by VisSim indi- cate that the position servo system is accurate and superior in tracking performance and robust perform- ance. It can be applied to design and testify the rationality of other control strategies. This provides a new way of thinking for designing and debugging PMLSM servo system with high performance.
