摘　　要： 物流企业面临电子商务和信息技术等带来的机遇和巨大挑战,有必要建立学习型组织。文章分析物流企业存在观念陈旧、动力不足、缺乏制度保障等问题,并提出健全完善学习机制、发挥领导者引领作用等构建策略,从理论上指导物流企业如何构建学习型组织。 Facing opportunities and great challenges from e - commerce and information technology, it is necessary to establish a learning organization in logistics enterprises. This paper analyzes problems existing in logistics enterprises, such as not updated concept, lack of motivation, lack of institutional security, etc. Constructional strategies of improving the learning mechanism are also suggested, trying to give some advice on how to create a learning organization in logistics enterprises theoretically.
