摘　　要： 伴随着现代科技爆炸式的发展,二十世纪末掀起了制造封闭生态系统的风潮.本文通过追溯Bios-3,生物圈2号和"迷你地球"等现代封闭生态系统的规划、构建、发展、转型,总结分析其中的成与败,对造成上述封闭实验生态系统困境的唯技术论和人类自我中心说进行了反省,结合广东科学中心在生态环境实验系统影响因子的控制方面的实践,从生态哲学的视角对人与地球环境之间的关系进行深入的反思,力争从人文内涵方面为生态环境的科普实验提供可借鉴的指引. As the modern sci-tech＇s development in an explosive pattern, the trend of fabricating enclosed ecosystem has been prevalent in the end of twentieth century. Through review of the planning, construction, development and transformation of modern enclosed ecosystem like Bio-3, Biosphere 2 and Biosphere-J, this article reflects on the technicism and egocentrism which incurred the predicament or failure of those enclosed eco equipment. Combing with Guangdong Science Center＇s practice in eco environment experiment system, from the perspective of eco-philosophy, this article offers an in-depth introspection on the balance between human practice and global environment, thus to make an effort in providing reference for eco environment scientific experiment＇s humanist connotation.
