摘 要: 鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)、鲮(Cirrhina molitorella)肝线粒体膜的DPH荧光偏振度均随温度的升高而降低,即膜的流动性随温度升高而增大,且在36—38℃之间存在相变。但在鲢鱼线粒体膜同时还具有一个“动力学折点”,在鲮鱼不具有这一特性。结果分析表明,鲢、鲮线粒体膜的这种差异可能与其温度适应的调节机制有关。 Fluidity of the mitochondrial membranes from H. molitrix and C. molitorella were examined and compared by measuring the polarization of fluorescence probe diphenylhexatriene (DPH). The results showel that the polarization decreased as the temperature increased, the higher the temperature, the greater the fluidity of mitochondrial membranes, and both having a phase-transition in the range of 36-30℃.. However there was a 'kenetic break' in the liver mitochondrial membranes of H. molitrix but C. molitorella in the range of 15-50℃c. The studies indicated that the differences between the mitochondrial membranes of those two fish would be involved in their different regulation mechanisms of temperature adaptation.
