摘 要: 采用真空钎焊方法研究了钎焊温度对55%SiC P/6063Al复合材料与可伐合金4J29异种材料钎焊接头剪切强度的影响。结果表明:在钎焊温度为605℃、保温时间8 min的条件下,钎料铺展充分,钎缝致密,接头剪切强度最高,达到46.6 MPa。通过对接头微观组织形貌和成分分析(EDS)表明,接头区钎料-SiC、Al-SiC是使复合材料钎焊接头强度低于基体合金钎焊接头强度的主要原因。 The influence of brazing temperatures on the shear strength of the welded joint was studied by vacuum brazing methods. The results show that the brazing joint get a high-qunality under the conditions of 605℃, holding time of 8min, due to the brazing filler spreading fully and the shear strength can reach 46.6 MPa. By observing the microstructure and analyzing the components (EDS) of the joint, filler-SiC and A1-SiC combined badly are the main reasons for lower shear strength than that of the matrix alloy.
