摘 要: 通过高速录像拍摄等运动生物力学测量中的有关方法,对3名二级短跑运动员牵引跑和普通跑支撑阶段运动学参数进行对比分析,寻求牵引训练的内在规律,改善运动能力,突破速度障碍,为短跑专项训练提供训练学依据。 This study used biomechanical methods of measurement, for example, high-speed video, to conduct a comparative analysis of the kinematic parameters of three level - 2 sprinters in the support phase of traction run and regular run. The purpose of the study was to find the pat- tern of traction training, improve athletic ability, and break through speed barriers. We hope that this study can pro- vide useful data for the training of short-distance running.
