摘 要: 集结构化设计技术、统一建模语言开发面向对象的模块化服务设计框架用于电信数据采集系统(DCS)需求设计。依据DCS的业务原理,综合运用IDEF0、IDEF3方法、用例图、类图、活动图部署概念化的模块化设计模型。研究结果表明:集成运用多种设计技术使服务模块、流程模块、活动模块的语义表述更加准确,服务需求的设计过程更加可视化。在战略层,运用IDEF0技术、用例图和模块化逻辑可以把外部顾客需求转变成内部的功能性需求;在运作层,运用IDEF3技术、类图、活动图和模块化逻辑可以把内部的功能性需求转变为可操作的流程步骤。 This paper aims to develop a framework of object-oriented service design to integrate the structured analysis and design technique, unified modeling language and modular logic to help in designing and analyzing requirements of Teledata Collection System. Based on business principle of DCS, a conceptual modular design framework is built integrating the IDEF0/3 method, use case diagram, class diagram, and activity diagram together. The results show that IDEF, UML and modularity used simulta- neously as design principles can ensure service requirements design visibility and semantic meaning accurately at three layers (service, process, activity) in the modular service architecture. The proposed framework is directed to show how, at the strategi- cally level, IDEF0, use case diagram and modular logic can be integrated to systematically translate customer requirements into service functional designs and how, at the operational level, the service developer can transform service functional designs to working procedure with IDEF3, class diagram, activity diagram, and modular logic.
