PVDF膜的紫外接枝改性

摘  要: 通过非溶剂致相分离法(NIPS)制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜,使用扫描电子显微镜对其微观结构进行观察。利用紫外接枝技术,将3种不同亲水性单体接枝于PVDF膜的表面,并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱证实了接枝成功。此外,还研究了单体质量分数和辐照时间对单体接枝率的影响。结果表明:3种单体的接枝率随着单体质量分数和辐照时间的增加,均有增大的趋势;但是当单体质量分数和辐照时间过大时,接枝率反而降低。 Poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) membrane was prepared through Non- solvent Induced Phase Separation, and the microstructure of PVDF membrane was inves- tigated by Scanning Electron Microscope. Then three kinds of hydrophilic monomers were grafted onto the surface of PVDF membranes by UV grafting polymerization, and the success of grafting was confirmed by FTIR. In addition, the effects of the concentra- tion of monomer and irradiation time on the degree of grafting were studied. The re- suits show that the degree of grafting of three monomers all increases with the increas- ing of the concentration of monomer and irradiation time, but when the concentration of monomer and irradiation time increase too high, the degree of grafting declines.
