基于斜投影算法对混合染液不展开多波长薄层色谱定量分析

摘  要: 将多波长薄层扫描和化学计量学相结合,应用斜投影法对混合染料中阳离子黄X-5GL和X-8GL进行分析.斜投影法利用投影将被测向量光谱信号从混合光谱信号中分离出来,对分离的信号进行计算分析以获得被测组分的含量.结果表明:2种染料点样量在0.5-2.5μg时,点样量与吸光度积分值具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R分别为0.9994、0.9995;所测得的混合染液中阳离子黄X-5GL和X-8GL的RSD较多波长薄层展开定量法小. Cationic yellow X-5GL and X-8GL mixed dye was analyzed using the multi-wavelength thin layer scanning and chemometrics through oblique projection method. Oblique projection method could sepa- rate quantity spectral signal from mixed spectrum signal using projection, and calculate and analyze the sepa- rated signal to obtain the content of measured component. The results showed that when two kinds of dye sample quantity range was 0.5-2.5 μg, the sample quantity and absorbance integral value had a good linear re- lationship, and the correlation coefficient R were 0.999 4 and 0.999 5, respectively. The measured RSD of cat- ionic yellow X-5GL and X-8GL in the mixed dye solution were lower than the traditional TLC method.
