摘 要: 采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了8种杀菌剂对核桃根腐病菌的室内抑菌活性。结果表明,8种杀菌剂对核桃根腐病菌菌丝生长均有一定的抑制作用,其中咪鲜胺对核桃根腐病菌的抑菌效果最佳,抑制中浓度(EC50)为0.2141mg/L;其次为申嗪霉素,EC50为0.2304mg/L;满穗和阿米西达的抑菌作用较差,其EC50分别为7674.623mg/L和530482.6mg/L。8种药剂的浓度与抑制作用呈正相关,相关系数均在0.96以上。 By using mycelium growth rate method,the inhibitory activities of 8 fungicides to Pathogenic Fungi of walnut root rot were tested.The results showed that all of the 8 fungicides inhibited the growth of walnut root rot.Among them,Prochloraz showed the best,EC50 being 0.2141mg/L;then was Shenqinmycin,EC50 being 0.2304mg/L;Thifluzamide and Azoxystrobin the poor and EC50 were 7674.623mg/L and 530482.6mg/L,respectively.The correlation coefficient of 8 fungicides was above 0.96,the correlation of fungicides concentration and inhibition was positive.
