摘　　要： 文章运用经典扎根理论、博弈论语义学和实践智慧,分析基于分众分类的信息本身的唤醒和图书馆员、用户等参与者信息化意识和实践智慧的唤醒,提出一个概念性的信息唤醒框架,促进信息价值的再生和再挖掘,以进一步唤醒高校图书馆的沉睡信息,提高信息资源利用率。 This paper uses the classical grounded theory, the semantics of game-theory and the practical wisdom to analyze the Folksonomy-based awakening of information itself, and the awakening of information consciousness and practical wisdom of the participants such as librarians and users, and puts forward a conceptual framework of information awakening to promote the regeneration and re-mining of information value so as to further wake up the sleeping information of university library, and improve the utilization rate of information resources.
