摘　　要： "爱的教育"误区主要表现为家庭大搞"全时空教育",学校加大"提前量训练",社会招聘"有经验的求职者";如果要走出这些误区,一要更新"爱的教育"观念,将"全时空教育观念"、"应试教育观念"、"工具性教育观念",更新为"全面发展观念"、"多种人才观念"、"系统培养观念";二要创新"爱的教育"方式,对"一般学生"进行个性教育,对"待优生"进行赏识教育,对"特优生"进行超常教育;才能真正发挥"爱的教育"作用。 Errors in ＂love education＂ mainly exist in the family full-time education, schools increasing amount of training in advance, the social recruitment of experienced job-seekers. If you want to get out of these errors, you should first of all update the ＂love education ＂concept by changing the concept of ＂all time and space education＂ ,the concept of＂ exam-oriented education＂, and the concept of ＂instrumental education＂to the concept of ＂comprehensive development＂, the concept of multiple talents,and system training ideas. Secondly, we should change the methods of love education. To average students, we must adjust our methods to their characteristics; to excellent students, we must use the education of appreciation; to top students, we must use special education method so as to put the love education into full play.
