摘 要: 针对热加工工艺对45V非调质钢组织性能的影响展开研究,结果表明:当热加工处于0.1~5℃/s的冷速时,材料发生奥氏体向先共析铁素体+珠光体的转变。随冷速的增加,铁素体晶粒显著细化,且先共析铁素体含量呈下降趋势,体积分数由21.1%减少到11.03%;相应共析珠光体体积分数增加,进而导致材料硬度随冷速增加而升高,由250HV升至335HV;在冷却速度5℃/s时,发生贝氏体转变。 The effect of thermal process on the micmstructure and properties of 45V steel was analyzed. The results show that: when the cooling process is 0.1-5 ℃/S, the material occurs transformation from anstenite into proeutectoid ferrite + pearlite, with the increase of cooling rate, the ferrite grains are refined, and the content of eutectoid ferrite decreases, the volume fraction decreases from 21.1% into 11.03%; the corresponding eutectoid pearlite volume fraction increases, which can lead to the hardness of material increasing with the increase of cooling rate, from 250 HV to 335 HV. Under the cooling rate of 5 ℃/s, the bainite transformation occurs.
