摘　　要： 中国的民主政治建设从具体国情出发,走的是一条阶段性实践、渐进式变革的路径。西方的民主政治发展在民主体制与程序形式方面,虽与中国的民主政治存在区别,但也表现了一定程度的阶段性与渐进性。中国民主政治的渐进路径,应始终围绕人民这一核心主体,根据制度建设及公民的政治参与水平,来进行相应阶段的民主政治实践。 China＇s democratic political construction starts from the specific national conditions, which goes a path of phase practice and gradual change. The western democratic political development in the democratic system and program form, which is different with Chinese democratic politics, also manifests periodical and gradual in some extent. The gradual path of Chinese democratic politics, should always focus on the core of people, according to the system construction and the level of citizen＇s political participation, to carry on the corresponding phase of the practice of democratic politics.
