摘 要: 在船舶设计决策过程中,必须充分考虑船东的需求,以实现"船东至上"的设计理念。根据这一原则,针对船舶设计方案决策问题的具体特点,提出了一种基于QFD技术的船舶设计决策方法。该方法首先利用QFD技术将船东需求和船舶设计决策指标有机结合起来,构建了船舶设计决策质量屋,计算出了船舶设计决策指标的权重;然后运用信息熵原理建立了船舶设计决策模型,并根据模型求解结果对船舶设计方案进行了优劣排序。应用结果表明,该方法充分体现了"船东至上"的设计理念,计算过程简单、实用性强,为船舶设计决策问题提供了一种合理可行的解决方法。 In the decision-making of ship design,the requirement of shipowner must be considered fully in order to realize the idea of user first.So the decision-making method of ship design based on quality function deployment(QFD) is put forward according to the characteristic of decision-making problem of ship design.In this method,the requirement of shipowner and the decision-making indexes of ship design is combined availably,the house of quality for the decision-making of ship design is established,and the weight of the decision-making indexes is worked out.Then the model of decision-making of ship design is established based on the theory of entropy,optimal decision of ship design can be obtained according to the computational result of the model.The rationality and effectiveness of the method is verified by an applying example of the method.Therefore,a reasonable and effective method for the decision-making problem of ship design is provided in the paper.
