风力机风振背景、共振响应特性及耦合项分析

摘  要: 基于已提出的可考虑结构共振模态之间、背景与共振模态之间耦合效应的风振计算方法"一致耦合法",对某兆瓦级大型风力机系统进行风振反应分析。首先建立风轮–机舱–塔体一体化有限元模型,获取并分析系统动力特性;然后采用谐波叠加法和改进的叶素动量理论,模拟考虑相干和旋转效应的风轮–塔架脉动风场;最后进行风力机塔轮系统结构的风振动力反应计算。通过与全模态精确解的对比探讨,揭示了风力发电塔轮系统风振背景、共振响应分布特性,以及模态间耦合效应的作用机理,并给出了风力机塔轮系统风振系数的建议取值,为兆瓦级风力机系统的抗风设计提供科学依据。 The refined analysis method was presented by consistent coupled method to compensate the coupling component between background and resonant modes.Then,the wind induced responses and mechanism analysis of 1.2 MW wind turbine tower-rotor system was evaluated in combination with the physical model of stochastic wind field and the integrated finite element model consisting of the rotor,the nacelle and the tower.The fluctuating wind velocity time series was simulated by the modified harmony superposition method and blade element momentum theory,which considering the blade-tower interaction.The calculation of wind-induced response of wind turbine system demonstrates the effectiveness and accuracy of the present approach.Finally the characteristics of background,resonant components and cross term between background and resonant responses of wind-induced responses were extracted.This paper proposed a new thought of analyzing wind-induced responses and mechanisms of actions for steel wind turbine system.
