摘　　要： 中国的城镇化建设呈现明显的区域性特点,要发展具有中国特色的新型城镇化,需要面对城市如何合理布局的问题。通过2010年中国284个地级市及以上行政区(不包括白银市、拉萨市、中卫市)的截面数据,运用空间计量经济学的分析方法,对中国城镇化水平的空间格局以及中国城镇化水平进行空间影响因素分析。结果发现:中国城镇化水平呈现高度的空间异质性和空间相关性特征,中国城市群的城镇化发展已迈入多极化发展格局;由于中国城镇化发展存在着较强的空间正溢出效应,进行有中国特色的城镇化建设需要重视中国城镇化发展的关键影响因素,使本地和相邻区域协同发展,发挥城市间城镇化发展的联动作用。 China＇s urbanization construction manifests obvious regional features, therefore the de- velopment of new-type urbanization with Chinese characteristics has to face the problem of how to make reasonable layout of cities. With the cross-sectional data of 284 Chinese prefecture-level cities in 2010, not including Baiyin city, Lhasa city and Zhongwei city, this paper makes an analysis of the affecting factors on the level of China＇s urbanization and its spatial layout by applying the spatial e- conometric method. The results indicate that the urbanization level in China shows such features as higher spatial heterogeneity and spatial correlation. The urbanization development of urban agglomera- tions has entered a multi-polarization development pattern. Because there exists relatively stronger pos- itive spatial spillover effect in China＇s urbanization development, more attention should be paid to the key influencing factors of the urbanization development in China, so as to coordinate the development between the local and neighboring urbanization and give full play to the linkage mechanism of in- ter-city urbanization development.
