摘　　要： 文章没有从技术上研究流媒体和网络直播系统,而是从实训平台的构建和实践角度阐述如何利用简单的设备、开放的软件和现有的流媒体播控平台快速搭建移动式多机位网络直播系统,以及"网络直播工作坊"学生队伍的建设和学生实践过程中的经验分享。强调在直播过程中导播与摄像配合,主持人把控场面,利用电脑输入信号以及建立快速反应小队伍工作机制等方面的重要性。 The article is not from a technical point of view to study streaming media and live webcast system, but describes how to use the simple equipment, open software and the existing live broadcast platform to build fleetly mobile live webcast system, introduce team construction for live webcast training platform and experience sharing in the process of students＇ practice. Emphasized the importance on the coordination of director and camera, the scene controlling of the host, computer input signal using and working mechanism for setting up a rapid response team in the process of live broadcast.
