摘　　要： 大学生党支部是高校基层党建工作基础单元,也是高校基层党建工作的重点。大学生党支部建设以支部活动为主要载体。以科学发展观为指导,本文从心理学人本主义的视角对大学生党支部活动创新进行系统分析,并在此基础上对大学生党支部活动进行有科学依据地创新,以此达到加强对学生党员的培训和教育作用。 College student Party branch is the basic unit and focus of the Communist Party of China （The CPC） construction work. The construction of College Party branch is based on branch activities and guided by the scientific outlook on development. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the student Party Branch innovation from the perspective of humanistic psychology, and then conducts the scientific innovation of the College student Party branch activities, so as to strengthen the training and education of student party members.
