摘  要: 以自制的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯接枝马来酸酐(EVA-g-MAH)为相容剂,通过直接添加法和母粒添加法两种方式制备了EVA/硅酮粉复合材料。研究了硅酮粉和EVA-g—MAH的添加对该复合材料力学、热学以及加工性能的影响。结果表明:硅酮粉的添加改瞢了EVA材料的力学性能和热稳定性能,其最佳用量为4.0份,其中采用母粒添加法得到的复合材料性能更佳;相容剂EVA-g-MAH的引入对EVA/硅酮粉复合体系有一定的增容效果。当EVA-g—MAH用量为8.0-12份时,其对复合体系的增容效果最明显;另外。适量硅酮粉的添加还可改善复合材料的加工流动性。 The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA)/silicone powder composites were prepared by taking the self-made maleic anhydride graft ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA-g-MAH) as the compatibilizer, and the silicone powder was added directly or in the form of masterbatch. The effects of silicone powder and EVA-g-MAH contents on mechanical, thermal and rheological properties of the EVA composites were studied. The results show that: the addition of silicone powder improves the thermal and mechanical properties of the EVA composites, the best dosage of silicone powder is 4 phr, and the composite system shows the better properties with the addition of silicone masterbatch. The compatibility of the EVA/silicone powder composite is improved by adding EVA-g-MAH, and the optimal addition amount of the compatibilizer is 8.0-12 phr. Moreover, the addition of silicone powder aslo can improve the rheological properties of the composite system.
