摘　　要： 介绍了子午线轮胎结构温度场的有限元分析方法 ,并分析了 9 0 0R2 0子午线轮胎在特定条件下的温度场分布 ,给出了轮胎温度场分布图和温度分布曲线。采用该分析方法可以预测轮胎在工作状态下的温度场 ,了解轮胎使用时内部的生热情况及可能的破坏行为 ,以便对轮胎结构及配方进行优化。 The FEA for the temperature field in radial tire structure is described,the temperature field distribution in 9 00R20 tire under certain conditions is analysed with the FEA method and the temperature profile and curve of the tire structure are given.The temperature field,the heat generation and the possible failure of the tire in operation can be predicted in order to optimize the tire structure and formulation.
