手动托盘车焊接工艺的焊接变形仿真及预测

摘  要: 为精确分析托盘车在焊接过程中产生的热变形,在充分考虑工况、相变、热力学参数等动态变化的基础上,采用传热学理论与热弹塑性理论,建立托盘车货叉与中档的焊接多物理场耦合分析模型,应用参数化编程对货叉与中档现有的焊接工艺进行了仿真分析,其分析结果与试验结果的误差在16.7%以内,验证了分析模型的有效性.仿真分析了改变焊接方向与多机器人同步焊接的工艺调整方案对焊接热变形的影响,结果表明:二者可分别降低焊接变形0.9mm与1.3mm,达到了控制变形的目的.本研究为手动托盘车自动化夹具设计、工艺优化设计等奠定了基础. In order to analyze the thermal deformation of the hand pallet truck during welding accurately, a multi-field coupling model of welding between pallet fork and middle baffle of the hand pallet truck was established using heat transfer theory and thermal elastic-plastic theory, in which various dynamical changes of parameters, such as working condition, phase transition, and thermodynamical parameters of the mate- rial, were took fully into account. Through the parametric programming, the existing welding procedure was simulated. Compared to the experimental results, the error of the simulation results was less than 16.7%, which verified the effectiveness of the model. The effects of procedure adjustment on welding de- formation were also studied. The results show that optimating welding direction and synchronous welding can reduce welding deformation of 0.9 mm and 1.3 mm, respectively. The study lays the foundation for automated fixture design and craft optimization of hand pallet truck manufacturing.
