摘 要: 本文探讨大学教师教学学术的成长阶段及其相关发展策略,以突显教学学术成长之特点。全文分两个主要部份:文章首先介绍三种有关大学教师教学学术成长阶段的模式,然后结合实证研究,从"如何发展好的教学"、"教师的学术性教学"、"影响教师教学学术成长的因素"三方面讨论促进大学教师教学学术成长的策略。 This article depicts and analyzes the development stages of faculty members scholarship of teaching and the strategies that foster the development. There are two major parts in the paper. First, three models of the development stages of the scholarship of teaching are introduced and ana- lyzed, and second, strategies to foster the development are discussed, with a focus on how to develop good teaching, how to improve scholarly teaching, and factors that have impacts on faculty members' teaching.
