摘 要: 在拖拉机配套的500/504系列手动变速箱结构的基础上,设计了AMT双曲柄连杆操纵执行结构。首先,基于SolidWorks的选换挡操纵执行机构进行三维建模,对执行机构阻力测量后再进行选换挡电机选型。在SolidWorks平台上进行选挡、摘挡、换挡等过程的仿真与测试,通过运动学和有限元分析后与结果对比,表明了设计方案的可行性,为后续500/504系列变速箱上装备AMT试验提供了理论依据,具有实际应用价值。 The AMT shift mechanism with double ranks and connecting rods is designed based on tractors equipped with 500/504 series of mechanical transmissions.First,3D model of the manipulation executive shift mechanism is built based on SolidWorks and the shift motors are selected after the measurement of the resistance force values of each of the executive body.Secondly,the shift process simulation and testing are finished on the SolidWorks platform.At last,the kinematic and finite element analysis and comparison results show that the design of AMT shift mechanism of tractors equipped with 500/504 series of mechanical transmissions is feasibility and meets the operation requirements of the tractors which have practical application value.
