摘　　要： 以微博内容和微博平台为研究对象,观察记录平民微博和公安微博,分析微博对网络舆情的影响。通过对公安微博的调查分析,总结微博处理网络舆情存在的问题,并提出微博舆情应对措施。 The paper takes content and platform of micro-blog as the research objective, observes and records civilian micro-blog and police micro-blog, and analyses impacts of micro-blog on Internet public opinion. Through investigating and analyzing police micro-blog, it summarizes the existing problems of micro-blog when dealing with Internet public opinion affairs, and puts forward countermeasures for micro-blog public opinion.
