摘　　要： 扎实做好实习生党员的教育管理工作,探索和创新实习生党员管理模式,对高校党建工作具有非常重要的现实意义。当前,实习生党员教育管理重形式轻内涵,存在着学校与实习单位缺乏有效的合作共管机制、实习生党员自身党性修养不强、党性观念淡化等问题,影响了实习生党建工作的有效开展。因而有必要通过对"3+1"企业综合实习生管理的探索和实践,不断创新和完善实习生党员的教育管理模式,推动高校党建工作有效开展。 Doing the intern members work in education management, exploring and innovating intern Party-member management mode, has very important practical significance for the Party Construction in Colleges and universities.At present, the education management of intern Party-member exists many problems, and schools and internship units lack of effective cooperation mechanism intern Party-member＇s self-cultivation is not strong, and the concept of the spirit of desalination affected the effective development of intern party building work. Through the exploration and practice of comprehensive management intern ＂3＋ 1＂ enterprise, continuous innovation and improvement intern Party-member education management mode, to promote the university party building work effectively and put forward some feasible suggestions.
