摘　　要： 本文对我国目前建立显性存款保险制度的必要性、可行性以及机遇与挑战进行分析,提出了建立我国显性存款保险制度的基本框架,包括目标及功能定位,设立方式及制度保障,参保机构,融资来源、保险范围及限额,保费征收,危机处理等措施与建议。 The paper analyzes the necessity, feasibility as well as the opportunities and challenges to establish explicit deposit in- surance system in China at present, proposes the basic framework of explicit deposit insurance system in China, including measures and suggestions such as the goal and function orientation, establishment method and system guarantee, insured institutions, financing sources, insurance scope and limitation, insurance premiums, crisis handling etc.
