摘 要: 基于中国旅游产业发展的社会、经济、文化与生态环境及其旅游产业发展的最根本目的,提出"旅游产业发展的社会福利效应"的这一研究主题,并深入分析了该研究的理论与实际意义;从正反两个方面综述了国外、国内相关学者对旅游产业发展的社会福利效应的研究脉络及其最新研究成果;从旅游产业发展的社会福利效应的产生机理、CGE评价模型构建、社会福利效应实证测算、提升对策四个方面提出该研究的基本框架;从旅游产业发展规模与社会福利的协调性、区域差异性及其制度与管理创新等方面提出本研究的基本观点。 Based on the social, economic, cultural, and ecological environment of China, and basic aim of tourism industry development, the paper puts forward the research theme of social welfare of tourism industry development, and deeply analyzes its theoretical and practical significance. From positive and negative angles, it summarizes the research frame and the newest domestic and overseas research result in this field. The paper presents its basic research frame from producing mechanism, CGE appraisal model construction, empirical calculation of social welfare effect and countermeasure upgrading of social welfare of tourism industry development.. It also brings forward its basic standpoints from the harmony between tourism industry development scale and its social welfare, area differences, system and management innovation of social welfare of tourism industry development.
