摘 要: 当前实验室的管理、岗位设定都是针对实验室目标管理而制定的,实验室每个工作人员的工作任务作为衡量和评价工作的标准。文中将实验室目标管理的优点与实验室文化建设相结合,从实验室文化建设的意义、文化建设的内容和文化建设的目的与影响几个方面来阐述了如何加强广东石油化工学院实验室文化建设,有助于推动广东石油化学院实验室管理健康有序的发展。 The current laboratory management, post setting are directed at the laboratory management. Work task of each staff in labo- ratory as the measure and evaluation standard. This paper will combines laboratory target management advantages with laboratory culture construction. This paper elaborated how to strengthen our school laboratory culture construction from the significance, the content and purpose, the purpose and influence of laboratory culture construction, which can help our university to promote healthy and orderly de- velopment of laboratory management.
